Strength & Tone Fitness Class

Patty is coming back to teach us how to gently tone our muscles and retain our strength and balance. This is a very lowkey class and Patty provides several different ways to complete each exercise so that everyone feels comfortable. Some participants work from chairs and others from the floor. Participants can use weights, bands, and balls that Patty provides or just work against gravity.

This class will begin on Wednesday, September 27th and run through Wednesday, November 15th for a total of 8 classes. Class time will be 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. The cost for the series will be $ 68.00. The class will be capped at 7 so Patty can work individually with each person. We will start a waitlist/sub list when the class has filled.
