HOMEOWNER RESPONSIBILITIES :
Water your grass, trees, shrubs, and “grass eyebrows” (beside your driveway) if irrigation does not reach them. Please note Briar Chapel requires the homeowner maintain these areas.
A foundation screen of shrubbery is required for all Briar Chapel homes. If a tree dies, you must replace it. If you want to remove shrubs or trees, you will need to get approval from Briar Chapel through a Design Review Request. All non-native, invasive species are banned and are listed in the Briar Chapel Covenants.
