Landscaping
LANDSCAPE FLAGS: Issued to residents who would like to opt out of two provided services. Flag selections remain for one year unless a home is sold or a resident is no longer unable to care for the beds and shrubs.
BLUE Indicates you do not want your shrubs trimmed. (Bland is not able to accommodate requests for select custom trimming.)
RED Signifies you would like no pest control spraying in your mulched beds.
LAWN MAINTENANCE: Has no opt-outs and is not affected by flags. Spring and Fall treatments are preemergent + fertilizer combo.
