Toning and Balance with Patti! This class is designed for older adults and covers all of the major muscle groups in a fun and supportive setting. Participants may opt for floor work or chair work. The class is held on Wednesday mornings from 10-11:15 a.m. This session will run from January 10th through March 6th for a total of 9 sessions. Class is limited to six floor participants and five chair participants.
Note: There is no drop-in option.
